I want to visit the museum.

- Do I need to make a reservation?

You do not need to make a reservation if you visit individually.
But advance reservations are required for groups with six or more members. Make a reservation at least two weeks prior to the visiting day if you visit in a group.

Also check the business hours, methods of transportation and museum holidays in advance.

* Check the business hours. The museum closes at 16:00 on the last day of each temporary exhibit.

Note: The museum is not big. The capacity is around thirty people per group.

- No. Please come to the museum by public transportation (ex: bus or taxi).

No. Please make sure to make a reservation two weeks prior to the visiting day so that we can provide you necessary information.

A part of the displays have interpretation panels in English.
Also English audio-guidance devices are available for free.

* Audio-guidance devices are only for visitors who stay in the museum for an hour or more.
* Make a reservation in advance for six or more people.
* The audio-guidance devices are also available in Japanese, Chinese and Korean.
